What happens after i have secured my treatment?
Once you have scheduled a treatment with us, you are expected to arrive timeously on the day and at the requested time slot. Should this not be the case, we will be within our right to alter your treatment duration accordingly to ensure we do not inconvenience our day's schedule. Should you not arrive at all and without any form of cancellation, you will be required to settle 100% of the outstanding bill before any further scheduling will be made available to you.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE AND I DECIDE TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT?
Our facility works on a first come, first serve basis and runs on appointment. We are a small facility and our rooms provide us an income. Should you reserve a treatment room and have a change of heart upon arrival for whatever reason you will be billed 100% of the treatment rate due as a cancellation fee during our busy periods where we are unable to fill the slot on short notice.
During our off peak times you will be charged 50% cancellation fee.

What happens if i do not like my MASSEUSE once i arrive?
Our images are never photo shopped however, please bare in mind that due to the nature of the industry and the fact that the ladies want to protect their identities (rightfully so) they do tend to wear wigs, remove recognizable markings and change their look every so often. We do our utmost to ensure our content is always relevant and up to date. The best would be to stay active on our Whatsapp status where we post our most recent images on a daily. Should you wish to book an alternate lady on your arrival that will be accommodated with a R200 cancellation added for the initial lady booked.
What happens if i don't arrive at all and don't offer any form of notification?
This is viewed as an insult to our facility and profession and we simply will not tolerate such disrespect. If you cannot offer us the same respect we offer you then we will be within our right to deny you return visits. Should this be an oversight due to an emergency we will gladly continue offering you our services however, the applicable fee of the relevant service scheduled will be due and payable to compensate for the loss of income.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT PENALTIES DUE FOR CANCELLATIONS?
We accept cancellations 1-2 hours in advance without any cancellation fees due. Should you cancel between 30-60min prior to your treatment then a R200 cancellation fee will apply. Should you cancel on the last minute 100% of the treatment fee will be added to your information on our system and will be due upon your next visit or you may choose to either make an EFT or credit card payment to us prior to your next visit or settle on site upon your next visit.
What do i do with my valuables upon my visit?
We offer a very safe environment and you may leave them in your vehicle provided you are parked on OUR property or your welcome to ask our receptionist to keep your valuables in our safe until you exit and upon payment. NO firearms are allowed to enter our facility. We assume no responsibility for loss/damage to personal items, please rather leave them at home.
Am i allowed to negotiate the services offered with my MASSEUSE?
The services outlined on our website is ALL that we offer at Mi-amore' and are NOT negotiable. We have no hidden agendas, what we advertise on our website does not change behind closed doors. We are not an escort agency and DO NOT offer any service or extra that would place us inline with that of such environments. We will be within our right to ban any client, and dismiss any staff member should we become aware that any soliciting has taken place on our premises which would have the client banned and staff member dismissed immediately.
am i allowed to tip my MASSEUSE?
If you have enjoyed your experience you are more than welcome to offer a monitory gesture. We have provided gratuity boxes in our treatment rooms and you are welcome to drop it in the relevant box before exiting the facility.
Where may i touch my MASSEUSE during a mutually beneficial massage?
Each lady is different and has her own boundaries. This is not decided by the facility but will be disclosed to you by the lady of your choice prior to commencement of your time together. Note that these are their individual boundaries and should be respected always to ensure an enjoyable and memorable time for all.
IS DRUGS ALLOWED ON YOUR PREMISES?
No form of narcotics are allowed on our premises at any given point. We will reserve our right not to proceed with treatment should we feel a client appears overly under the influence of any form of substance once arrived at our facility and the relevant cancellation fee will still be due. We offer a service of safety and enjoyment and feel it be in everyone's best interest that all parties be of sober mind.
What age groups do you cater for?
We offer an adult enjoyment service and therefore will not offer our services to clients younger than 21 years. Should a client arrive and appear to look younger than our accommodated age then we will be within our right to request an ID to confirm age.
Must i shower upon arrival?
We want all parties to enjoy the experience without any unpleasant odours roaming the air. We therefore ask that you either come freshly showered or request and opt to make use of ours should one be available to you. You are also welcome to request that your masseuse do the same prior to your treatment time commencing.
can the facility refuse me their service?
We pride ourselves on offering a respectful and private environment for all to enjoy. We equally pride ourselves on treating our clients with the utmost respect and pleasant booking experience. We expect the very same treatment from you. We will therefore reserve the right to refuse you services for a number of factors such as, repeated bad punctuality and disregard for our time, verbal abuse and poor telephone etiquette, aggressive and arrogant behavior, a complete disregard for our policies and procedures, repeated cancellations, romantic relationships with our staff or propositioning any of our staff members. These factors will not be tolerated in any capacity.
what happens if i have purchased a package deal and cannot UTILIZE it?
Our services and packages are non transferable and no refunds are permissible. We will gladly offer you a time frame in which you could enjoy the remainder of your treatment after it has been purchased but will unfortunately not offer you a refund. Also please be reasonable and not expect us to still accommodate packages if a substantial amount of time has passed and you have not been in-touch. We will grant any package usable 12 months from date of initial purchase unless otherwise stated by management.
what happens if i overstep my MASSEUSE BOUNDARIES?
We reserve the right to terminate your session and ask you to leave our facility at ANY point should you display disrespectful or threatening behavior and full payment will still be due. You certainly will not be allowed to return either.
AM I ALLOWED TO CHANGE MY TREATMENT ONCE IT HAS BEEN BOOKED and i arrive at your facility?
You are more than welcome to upgrade your service once you have booked and arrived but downgrades will unfortunately not be accommodated.
can i request a time slot outside of normal trading hours?
Some of our ladies are always happy to accommodate after hours. Please feel free to request this an hour or 2 before our closing time and ensure that you ARE available for the time slot requested and are able to arrive timeously. Note this is their own personal time so please do not request their family time if your either not going to arrive or cancel on short notice. Applicable fees will be due and added to your next visit.
Am i allowed to bring my lady a gift?
Gifts are always a lovely gesture and we are sure our ladies would love it. Thank you.
