Dear Clients

We know and understand that this is an uncomfortable and uncertain time for all of us but we want to ensure you that we will implement all strategies to ensure we offer you a clean, sanitized and hygienic environment during your visits to us as we will continue to keep our doors open. We ask that no one with ANY flu-like symptoms request our services as we will exercise our right to decline or turn away anyone displaying any signs of concern to our environment.

Making use of Mi-amore's services in the days to follow will mean the following:

• We will sanitize your hands upon entering our facility and accommodate no handshake at this stage,
• We will request that you have a short shower with antibacterial body wash prior to your service commencing,
• Your masseuse will request that you sanitize your hands again prior to the treatment commencing, 
• No kissing/facial activity will be accommodated at this stage and ask that this is respected always for obvious reasons,
• Our staff will implement stricter personal boundaries for hygiene, safety and peace of mind, please understand their reasoning and simply enjoy the treatment and service at hand as no amount of income can compensate for their health or yours,
• Some of our staff will feel more comfortable to work with a mask, please respect this, should you want to wear one as well, please feel free to request one at reception,
• To keep our facility operational we will adjust the rate of our 60min Mutually Beneficial Massage to R850 and our 90min to R1100 until further notice.
• We want to remind our clients that all safety measures implemented can only work if they themselves work with us in keeping our environment, staff and clients safe by practicing and respecting the measures we have put in place.

As a business in the health and entertainment sector we are implementing the following strategies to offer you the peace of mind knowing that we will do all we can to continue offering you a safe place for your relaxation needs. By doing so and ensuring that hygiene and safety ranks as a top priority we will be implementing the following measures:

• All doors, door knobs and seating spaces will be sanitized throughout the day,
• All bathrooms will be sanitized after every use,
• All slippers and gowns will be sanitized, 
• All bed spaces will be sanitized, however we will utilize disposable bed sheets which will be disposed of after every client,
• We will sanitize all cash notes and sanitize our credit card machine before passing it onto you,
• All glassware and water stations will be sanitized,
• Basically every form of precaution will be taken to ensure that we continue to operate a save environment for all to enjoy and we thank you for your contribution towards that.
